food philosophy
We aim to offer simple, fresh food using
locally sourced ingredients and suppliers.
We use English and West Country produce
wherever possible, with fish from Brixham
and Looe & Devon Ruby Red Beef and
all our pork from East Devon. All our
eggs are free range and we are committed
to supporting good husbandry practices
